1 - How to buy Mackma products?
Purchasing Mackma products on the mackma.shop store is easy. Simply view the machine or equipment you are interested in and once you have chosen it, press the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have added the product to your cart, a purple sidebar opens, which gives you a summary of your cart, you can continue shopping or end your purchase. To continue shopping just exit the purple bar and continue to view the shop, if you want to end with the order, you must click the “CheckOut” button. Once clicked, you must complete the order by entering your personal data, data and shipping method, payment method and go ahead.
2 - How quickly does the machine ship?
All products in the store are considered “Standard”, so always available. However on the product page there is a counter that indicates the quantity in stock of the product displayed. If at the time of purchase the product is in stock, the same will be prepared for shipment within 3 working days. If instead at the time of purchase the product is not available in stock, the same will be made and prepared for shipment within 15 working days.
3 - Where are Mackma machines made?
All Mackma machines and equipment are made in Italy, at the plant in Piedimonte San Germano (Frosinone). If you wish, it is possible to visit the plant by phone appointment.
4 - How do I know if the machine I choose is right for my jobs?
Entering the product page you can view the complete data sheet of the machine or equipment you are choosing, however if you are still not sure, you can request telephone assistance from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (Italian time) with one of our sales managers who will be able to help you and follow you in your choice.
5 - How do I request technical assistance on my purchases?
It is possible to ask for technical assistance on the purchases in various ways. In CHAT through the button at the bottom right of the page of the site, by EMAIL to firstname.lastname@example.org or by TELEPHONE calling the number +39 0776 402546.Technical assistance is available on working days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (Italian time).
6 - How do I make a return?
It is possible to request and make a return and obtain a full refund of the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased. Essential condition for the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned and their packaging. 7 - How are Mackma machines packed?
All Mackma machines are packed using strict standards and procedures perfected over the years. All machines are bolted to the shipping pallet, covered and protected from protruding parts with packaging tools, and enclosed in cartons. All dies and accessories are shipped inside boxes and protected by customized polystyrene boxes.
8 - How are Mackma products shipped?
The shipping method is chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. The purchased product can be shipped by Mackma throughout the United States through its own forwarder by air (machine arrives within 8 days) or it can be picked up at our Italian location by the customer with its own forwarder or carrier.
9 - What does the warranty include?
All Mackma products are covered by a 2-year warranty, but if you buy on our online shop, the warranty becomes 4 years!
The warranty covers any manufacturing defect; however, it does not cover breakages caused by improper use of the machine. The warranty does not cover labor and travel to replace all or part of the machine.
10 - How do I apply for an extended warranty?
When you purchase online, the system automatically increases an extended warranty, so you will automatically have a 4-year warranty. The extended warranty only applies to machines, not to tools and accessories. It is not possible to request a warranty longer than 4 years.
11 - What are the terms of payment?
The following payment methods are available on mackma.Shop: Prepaid PayPal cards linked to the Visa or Mastercard circuit or Bank Transfer.
If you pay by PayPal, the order is confirmed the moment the payment is made, if you pay by bank transfer, the order is confirmed the moment the payment is credited to your Mackma bank account.
12 - What do I do if I can't find the machine I need on sale in the store?
If you can’t find the machine you’re looking for on the Mackma store, it’s because it’s not considered a Standard product by Mackma. Don’t worry, you can still buy the machine by visiting the website www.mackma.com or by contacting our sales department at +39 0776 402546 or by writing an email email@example.com
13 - How do I request a Discount Coupon?
Each new customer is entitled to a coupon code with a 5% discount on the cart. You can request it by writing through chat in the appropriate button at the bottom right of the site. After making your first purchase, you will receive by email a coupon code to use for a subsequent purchase.
14 - Is the price I see the price I pay or are there any surprises?
The displayed price of the items is the finished price in the cart at the time of purchase you can add discount coupon codes provided by Mackma. If you choose “Shipped by Mackma” as the mode of shipment will be added a shipping cost that will be shown in the cart, but if the customer makes the withdrawal on their own, you will not be charged shipping costs.
